Our services

MCAS is a ‘first to know’ service that works in partnership with other key agencies to support at risk people in the community.

We provide a range of services to support people aged 16 years and over who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, as well as those experiencing social disadvantage and domestic violence .

MCAS also assists young people leaving care and people living in unsafe conditions.

Support & Advocacy

Our staff can provide advocacy and referral to access services appropriate to your needs.

Programs & Education

Education sessions on things such as budgeting, meal planning, cooking, personal hygiene, home maintenance, tenancy survival, managing anger and mindfulness.

Work & Development Orders

Assist clients in reducing their debt through undertaking certain activities, courses and treatment.

Family Violence Support

Supporting victims of domestic and family violence by using an integrated approach in accessing a range of services. We also work with male perpetrators to create change.

Financial Support

We may be able to provide assistance with or can refer you to other services who can help with electricity and gas bills, sleeping rough packs, hygiene and food packs.
