About us

MCAS strives to assist people aged 16 years and over who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, as well as those experiencing social disadvantage, domestic violence and mental health issues in the Snowy Monaro region.

Our work

Based in the heart of the Snowy Mountains in New South Wales, MCAS works with key agencies to provide support services for at risk people in the community.

We offer assistance to people experiencing domestic and family violence, rough sleepers, young people leaving care, people with mental health issues and people living in unsafe conditions.

MCAS facilitates a range of programs and education sessions, including budgeting, meal planning, cooking, personal hygiene, home maintenance and tenancy survival.

Our staff can provide advocacy and referral to access services appropriate to your needs.
